In a session, your body "speaks" through muscle testing, helping us understand what it needs to release stress, restore balance, and support healing.

Kinesiology is a non-invasive energetic healing science, using the Western method of muscle testing combined with the Eastern philosophy of Traditional Chinese Medicine (TCM). 

Initial research began in the 1960’s when pioneer Dr. George Goodheart DC, discovered that muscle testing could be used to gather information from the body (biofeedback).

The biofeedback identifies stress and imbalances in the body’s physical, mental, biochemical, and spiritual aspects of a person’s well-being. 

Kinesiology uses the premise that the body has a natural ability to heal itself given the right internal and external environment.
