my story…

I first experienced Kinesiology in the mid 90’s and immediately feel in love with this holistic, gentle modality. It changed me forever.

During the session, the Kinesiologist used muscle testing and asked me what happened when I was 3.  My parents had separated at that age, and my father moved away. My 3 years old mind formed a belief that ‘the male always leaves’. This made sense to me knowing I preferred to keep males at a distance unless they were friends.

Becoming aware of this unconscious pattern allowed me to shift both my behaviour and the outdated belief I had been carrying. I'm pleased to share that I went on to get married and have two beautiful children.

I have always loved helping and connecting with people.

That little three-year-old, dreamed of being teacher and an air hostess.

In my 20’s, I fulfilled those dreams by joining the airlines. I went on to fly globally for 25 years and had the privilege of training many flight attendants along the way. During COVID, when international travel was no longer a part of everyday life, I took the opportunity to pursue another long held dream: becoming a professional Kinesiologist.

My purpose and intention as a Kinesiologist is to create a safe space for people to be seen and heard with thoughtful consideration.

This is a quote I’ve written on almost every birthday card since I was a teenager, and it’s something I genuinely wish for everyone I care about- including my clients:
"May all your dreams and wishes become reality."
I truly believe Kinesiology can support you in making that happen.

My APPROACH

I’m a qualified PKP – Professional Kinesiology Practitioner – and I’ve spent thousands of hours learning, practising, and fine-tuning this powerful mind-body modality.

Kinesiology uses gentle muscle testing — direct communication with the body and subconscious mind — to help us access your inner wisdom and uncover the root causes of stress, imbalance, or emotional blocks.

It combines techniques from Western science and Traditional Chinese Medicine. In a session, I may work with acupressure points, meridian and energy pathways, emotional stress release, pain tapping, or explore how things like diet and lifestyle may be affecting your wellbeing.

PKP goes beyond traditional kinesiology by recognising the deep interconnectedness of your physical, emotional, and energetic systems. It aims to restore balance on all levels — supporting lasting wellbeing and real, meaningful change.

It’s a holistic and personalised approach that helps you move forward with greater clarity, ease, and confidence.

Good kinesiologists are a blend between a guide, a coach, a wise observer, and a companion who helps each client look at their life, see what is working and what is not, accept that change is needed and walk beside them as they make positive long-lasting changes that will enable them to live a life of purpose.
